Yup... it's not. Adobe handed Flash Player over to Harman which is a subsidiary of Samsung and they license (sell) Flash Player for use in corporate settings where there's companies that still require Flash Player for their proprietary software to run.
Flash Player however remains free to use for development use and testing, which buys us some time to use it in a low population "testing" phase while code is organized for migration. By no means will we publish Pawn with a requirement of using Flash Player as a final product.
