Thinking about moving the refill box closer? Not sure, would have to test actual gameplay in a full match to see how everything fairs.

1st block is 600. Although this can be ignored by Red, this path can be opened up to counter a scenario where Blue team is camping the bottom path screen switch.
2 block is 500. Required to destroy for Red to advance.
Last block is 700.

Good job on this. I like the open movement with majority 3 block high. 1 issue might be the single ladder on screen below red team spawn, since the timing between red team spawn and entering bottom screen might align with easy spawn camping. Similarly with the ladder next to the bottom refill. Although a little counterintuitive, a refill on the bottom left of the bottom left screen below red spawn might aid red team.

You could probably also turn this into a 2x2 deathmatch if you close off the right side

I would edit and show you what I was thinking about changing it based off what you said, but hopefully an explanation will do (not on pc, mobile :p)

I was thinking of moving that single ladder below red spawn in the middle, and on the right side of the left platform making the ladder shorter at the same time. I would then add one tile on the right side to extend it to reach the ladder, making that backward Z shape.

I’d also remove that one block above where the original ladder is at, removing that would make that jump easier without that ladder there.

Adding a refil bottom left is also a good idea. I haven’t played an actual game in years. Played a few rounds of 1v1 yesterday and realized how fast you can die, especially against a good team. So it is a good idea adding one bottom left to help the red team.
