Trouble inserting a PNG image to a post.

Is anyone having some issue with this

It's a PNG file, only like 20KB. When I try to drag the file of the image it gives me a message, "Oops! We ran into some problems."

I even tried turning it into a JPEG, still same message.


Anyone else running into this?
