IT has so many different fields of expertise (IE programming, computer repair, cyber security etc.) that it's rare to find a jack of all trades.

Which field do you enjoy or want to explore further?

Cloud computing, blockchain technology, and machine learning. There’s so much potential and you can even use serverless technology now on amazon aws.

ALL OF THEM!!!!!!!!!!!! :OOOOO

Before I started programming I fiddled with windows a ton and helped a lot of people remove malware from their PCs over teamviewer or using a script. Also took apart laptops and PCs for fixing.

I'm currently working in the Data Science department of our company and we often work with IT-security.
I'd like to gain more expertise in IT-security-related topics.
Nice. I work in a Data Security team for a very, very large company. I can say that it is pretty fun but I also have a fetish for all things cyber security so my opinion may be biased.

I did 4 years in the Navy as a Cryptotechnician. Mostly did RHEL (Centos) & SA stuff for the DOD. Now that my 4 years are over and done with, i'm looking at going to school for web design while being a maintenance technician for dataservers at Microsoft :)

I am currently working for a large Telecom company as an Engineer. I design sites where they will setup and install equipment and underground fiber.

I seen this in my forum post's and I thought we were talking about the "IT" movie, LOL.

Programming interests me, but not so much that I actually partake in a career move.
I think being able to create, and navigate air space on the interest is very interesting and we haven't even scratched the potential.
