Open Making clan matches shorter/lenghting points on others

Clan matches are currently 10 minutes for CTF can they be shortened to 5 or 7 minutes? That way clans can constantly engage with each other while gaining clan points. It'll also give incentive for people to actually try to capture flags instead of camping.

Also earlier today Alex increased the points needed to win a Team Koth game. Can this be implented to clan wars where teams need at least 100 points for a SRV KOTH win?:)

SRV KoTH has been temporarily removed from clan wars until we completely implement this new game mode.
