1. How long have you been a part of the Pawn/Sandboxd Community?:
August 2007

2. Have you made Pawn Tactics Maps in the past? If so, for how long?
Not many. My job back then, as a member of the Sandboxd PTMMT, was to improve map updates to the game. In the presence of more gifted map makers, I felt it would have been foolish to believe that I, in the short time that I had, could produce maps that rivaled the products of the map makers that already had years of experience. This is why I chose to work on finding the old creations of more gifted map makers and help to get these served instead(Strobe, Itsamap, Talk to Frank etc.). After a while, I also noticed a trend of players retaining to maps that they already knew, regardless of the quality of the new maps, which led me to introduce Assault to Clan Wars, as well as the reverse versions of popular maps like Organized Chaos and Locked Inside. In regards to my personal experience with map making, I can say that I started map making after I was invited into the PTMMT, partly in order to materialize some of the ideas I had in mind and partly to acheive a better understand for the field in which I now beheld a responsibility.

2. Please provide some examples of Pawn Tactics maps you have made in the past if any.

Anything worthwhile that I have made, can be found in that thread.

3. What do you think qualifies you to be a member of the team?
I hadn't made a single map by the time I was asked to join the Sandboxd PTMMT hence why my qualifications were not assesed based on my abilities as a map maker, but on the quality of my input. My input, as one of the all-around most experienced members here, both in terms of game (where I co-led the clan with the highest accumulated amount of points in Pawn Tactics history) as well as community(where I served as moderator in the Sandboxd era), is what I can offer to the PTMMT. Apart from that, my previous stent with the PTMMT has helped explore my creative side, which has led to some different ideas for map making(see thread linked above), which can hopefully help inspire interesting and new game modes and variations in map making.

4. Provide an idea you have about how we can involve the community in Pawn Tactics map making.
We have a responsibility to make it as easy as possible to begin map making. This means providing easily accessable downloads and guides(which we actually don't have on this site yet, btw) for anyone with interest, as well as providing feedback for their work. However, this is also where I feel our responsibility ends, as I feel genuine interest for map making stems from purely internal motivation, and no amount of competitions and promises of server time, will ever compensate for a lack thereof.

5. How comfortable are you working as a team? List at least one way a team can function.
Comfortable enough. I believe that everyone knows something that you do not and that "listening" is the virtue that makes a team.

There doesn't seem to be a UG called PTMMT. Did you mean PTMT?

This is a great application. You're an experienced player and also have a lot of experience around the map team/maps in general.

I also like your archive of your maps. The 2T CTF with 3 flags is an awesome map.
