Open Clan Tags

add an option to have either three or four letter clan tags, maybe add numbers as well? pretty sure this has been pitched a hundred times. every three letter clan tag has been taken and using it feels like remaking an older clan. four letter clan tags will introduce a new era of clan names and tags that havent been chosen before!
