How do you switch weapons? (scroll bar or numbers)

Every PT player is different.
Do you use the scroll bar on the mouse, or do you use numbers on the keyboard to switch weapons on Pawn Tactics?

I scroll on my mouse. I should probably get used to numbers on a keyboard though.

I use numbers, then in a rare red moon Ill hit the wrong number and cost the team.

In other blue moon occasions, Ill freak the fan out while someone's stealing a flag and not be able to find 3 for fall back and say hold position or what on earth does 4 do again Im toasted.

Also, someone reset my message count. That ain't cool.

I used numbers, it felt cleaner and I always knew which weapon I was selecting.

Way back when, I'd always use the scroll wheel on my mouse. I no longer have a mouse for my laptop, so I use the number keys these days.

I use the scroll, but I would like to try the numbers like Fusious said. Can't tell you how many times I've scrolled my mouse only to have it not switch back to my gun. I've tried the numbers, but my natural instincts will always be the scroll.

I used a combination of the two. It just depends on what situation I was in and what my muscle memory was like at the time for that class.

I scroll, but it’s oretty unreliable. However, when you use numbers, you have to let go of WASD to switch, removing your mobility. Basically, both methods can get you killed, pros and cons. However my suggestion beats all! https://www.sandboxd.com/posts?thread=6302

As I said, my suggestion is great, though it is NOT perfect, it would be quite useful.
