Open Map Making

I wanted to know if there was a map-making editor (or something along those lines) that people who might be interested in map making would be able to use. Maybe even a basic guide or useful links thread that can be accessed on forums.
Unless map making participation is exclusive to those on the current team.

There used to be a guide on Sandboxd, but I can't seem to find it at the moment. We'll have it up as soon as we can. In the mean time, feel free to ask any questions you have

Ask him all the questions, i know i wouldn't have understood anything if hbb didn't help me learn how to use the editor. Forgot everything now though rip
