Mauler speed

Would you give up the butter knife or anything else for Mauler to have normal medium armor speed?

I think increasing speed would lessen the need for a butter knife and would be a good compensation.

For my personal gameplay I'd defintely trade the knife for more ammo and an extra clay, but I don't think most people would like that, so no
