Strange question. The game is lag incarnate and it's been like this since beta. Other players teleport around; When you screen switch you can be shot before anyone loads on your screen; Sometimes shots that visually connect don't result in damage being taken(could be something unrelated but it's probably lag), etc. The list is long and it's always been like this.
