In matches, some players intentionally ruin teammate's gameplay. It is obvious the act is intentional, as some PT players are petty. Acts include blowing up a teammate's clays, intentionally flashing a teammate in a vulnerable situation, or giving away the location of an invisible recon. Now that teaming on opposing teams is officially legal, I now see my own teammate(s) intentionally try to sabotage my gameplay.

If the argument is made that, "this act is legal in pubs but not clan wars." I will counter with - some players treat clan wars with great importance, while other players treat pub matches equally with great importance. Thus both game types should have a universal law. So, is working against your team permitted?

This is not recommended, but there is no rule against it. No true way to enforce this. You just ruin your own reputation as a player and especially a team player.
Technically anyone could do this in clan wars as well. Again, its not necessarily breaking any rules. It would most likely get them kicked out of their clan, and people wouldn't want to invite them.
