Implemented Suggestion: Forum alerts locked on side of the page

While checking alerts, it is kind of a pain to see a post at the bottom of the thread. It would be super nice to be able to go through all of the alerts easily instead of having to check a post at the bottom of the thread then scrolling all the way back up to alerts and repeating the process.

If you click the alert tab twice it opens a menu that shows you all of your alerts

there are blue up and down arrows on the bottom right that appear when you scroll a little for jumping you to the top and bottom of a page.
