What changed in v4?

Scanned it using MSE on my local workstation too, nothing.

The changelog has been updated. As for the stamps program, a communtiy member was having issues unpacking the zip file with the program contained. I don't use MSE so I couldn't confirm it myself at the time. Hopefully MSE cleared up that false positive.
